We need Pacquiao vs Mosley, not Pacquiao vs Mayweather!

Its really frustrating to hear everyone calling for Mayweather vs Pacman, sure thats the bigger fight and would get more media attention but it also has the potential to be a very stinky fight like ODLH vs Mayweather was. Floyd will hype the fight and tell everyone that he's going to fight toe to toe with pacman and that he's going to knock him out but when it comes down to it he'll do the exact opposite and just pot shot from the outside and then run, that may win him the fight but it'd stink out the joint by doing it and that'd do the image of boxing more harm then good in the longterm.

As long as Mosley beats Berto in January then Mosley vs Pacman should be the fight that Boxing Fans should want next in April before Pacman goes off to run for office in the Phillipines. Not not only does it pit the number 1 and 2 welterweights against each other and therefore the Ring Championship but also unify the WBO, WBA and WBC belts, more importantly it'd make for a fantastic fight too, 2 attack minded fighters going toe to toe at each other for a possible 12 action packed rounds...it'd be like Pacman vs Cotto and then some. Maybe it dosent make the money Pacman vs Mayweather makes but it'll still make plenty of money and do Boxing more good in the longterm and create new fans rather then put them off by watching a stinkfest fight.

The simple fact is that Mayweather has not earned the right to fight either Manny or Mosley since his comeback and has no welterweight title to bring to the table either. His comeback was a sham the moment he chose to fight against a lightweight and then shameful not even bothering to make the agreed upon weight of 144 lbs, let him earn his right by fighting Paul Williams or even Margarito when he comes back in March and then he'll have earned his right but untill he does face a real welterweight, something he hasn't done since Carlos Baldomir in 2006, he should be shut out!

anyway what are your thoughts?
